Scalia says he'd have difficulty winning confirmation now

Abstract: During his visit to Rhode Island, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia told an audience that he is unlikely to win confirmation because of the public's expectation for justices to rewrite the Consitution, also stating that abortion rights are not in the Constitution.
