Council Members Clash Over Abortion Protest Bill

Abstract: The Clinic Access Bill, which aims to protect women who are seeking reproductive health services from being harassed, was the subject of a City Council hearing on Tuesday. At the hearing, anti-choice Council member James Oddo and pro-choice Council member Charles Barron became involved in a heated debate over the bill.
