Caroline Kennedy Can Lock in Senate Seat by Saying She'll Run in 2010

Abstract: Some Democrats think that Caroline Kennedy would scare away rivals by planning to run in 2010. NARAL Pro-Choice New York President Kelli Conlin weighed in by saying, "[Kennedy] said she's ready to be public and to be out there and to work on behalf of people's interests, that she has done it a long time behind the scenes."
