Abstract: In response to Phillip B. Levine's op-ed "False Alarm on Abortion," Kelli Conlin, president of NARAL Pro-Choice New York and the National Institute for Reproductive Health, argues that the promise of health care reform must also apply to the one in three women who have abortions in their lifetimes.
