Wisconsin Makes Push on Free Birth Control

Abstract: Wisconsin is looking to expand a program that uses federal Medicaid funds to provide no-cost contraception to low-income men and women. Wisconsin, as well as 26 other states, already has such a program but will now be able to expand its reach thanks to a provision in the new health care reform law.
