New York, NY: NARAL Pro-Choice New York congratulates Jose Peralta on a well deserved victory in Senate District 13. His election will restore dignity to the seat and strengthen the pro-choice voices in our state senate.

NARAL Pro-Choice New York supported the campaign with coordinated and independent expenditure work. We contacted hundreds of members in the district via email and phone, sent a targeted mailing to over 2000 voters championing Peralta's strong pro-choice record, and activated dozens of volunteers to help get out the vote.

Peralta was a friend and ally as an assemblymember and NARAL Pro-Choice New York is proud to have participated in this important victory. We look forward to continung our strong relationship with the Senator-elect.
